Questions and answers

How does delivery by traveller work?

A verified traveller already flying or riding the train, bus or taxi carries your small parcel to its destination. Matching is done on route and date, and handover is confirmed with a one-time code.

Which parcels are not accepted?

Weapons, explosive and flammable substances, narcotics, perishable goods and unlawful items. Anything that breaches airport, railway station or coach station rules is also prohibited.

What happens if my parcel is lost?

Every parcel travels with a verified user and proof of handover is stored. In a dispute, support reviews the case; liability terms are set out in the public offer.

How is the price calculated?

An indicative price is shown in the app based on distance, parcel size and vehicle type. Final tariffs and commissions appear on the approved pricing page.

How is payment made?

By card or cash in the app. Corporate customers can use post-payment and invoicing.

What do I need to become a driver?

An identity document, a driving licence and vehicle documents. Sign-up runs step by step in the TRASSO Pro app.

Which cities is the service available in?

The service operates across all of Uzbekistan. International routes are not promised as a service until they go live.

Can my family follow my trip?

Yes. Share the tracking link from the app and they will see the trip status in real time.
